MailShrinkTM
Electronic mail is an indispensable tool for internal and external communication in most organizations.
Unfortunately, the unrestricted use of electronic mail, without rules or limitations, has caused email traffic load to explode to the point where it’s becoming a real threat to the infrastructure and to the workforce productivity.

MailShrinkTM is a comprehensive software application that addresses the major problems that plague email today from both the user’s and the administrator’s perspectives. MailShrinkTM improves the efficiency of email usage and administration, based on classification of messages into ‘importance levels’.

Corposoft™ is a young company that has been formed for the purpose of developing value-adding software products for the enterprise market.
Corposoft™’s founders are veterans of the Israeli high-tech industry equipped with extensive experience in management, technology and marketing in large organizations as well as start-up companies. We also bring broad experience in various sectors of the hi-tech industry as well as profound understanding of work processes and organizational dynamics. Moreover, the founders played leading roles in successful startup companies such as Metalink transmission devices, AudioCodes and EDSL.
Corposoft™’s mission is to build products that create value for the enterprise community. Our products will be intuitive and easy to use and they will drive a higher organizational productivity without requiring significant changes in existing work habits.

Tzvi Stein – CEO
Prior to founding Corposoft™, in the years 2000-2002 Mr. Stein was VP of product management at AudioCodes, a manufacturer of VoIP equipment (public since 1999). In this capacity Tzvi led the definition and development of all AudioCodes’ product lines. Between 1997 and 2000, Mr. Stein served as a director of marketing in AudioCodes’ US office in San Jose CA. Tzvi was responsible for all technical marketing activities in the US market. This included presale support, market research and product definition. In the years 1993 to 1997, Mr. Stein was a cofounder and director of R&D at Metalink, a semiconductor manufacturer (public since 1999). Tzvi led all hardware and software development as well as presale support activities.

Jacob Itay – COO
In the years 2000-2001 Mr. Itay assumed the position of VP R&D at Spectralink –
a manufacturer of advanced wireless data links for defense applications . Mr. Itay was responsible for all technical activities in the company, including design and development of new projects, setting the infrastructure for new products, assimilation of new technologies and supporting the operating department.
Before joining Spectralink, in the years 1998-2000, Mr. Itay was the VP R&D and co-founder of EDSL, a manufacturer of high speed internet access equipment (sold to Orckit in 2000). In this capacity Jacob was responsible for the establishment and leadership of the R&D group.
In the years 1994-1998 Mr. Itay was a department manager at RAD data communications. Mr. Itay managed a team of 40 engineers, consisting of 20 hardware engineers and 20 software engineers. Among his reaponsibilities was leading the design to cost engineering and transferring from development to production as well as assisting the product marketing efforts.
